Nottingham has two very good universities creating high numbers of well qualified graduates each year, despite this the Greater Nottingham area struggles to retain higher level skills. This project has been designed to work with local small and medium sized enterprises (SME’s) to promote the benefits of integrating higher level skills into their businesses.
The project provides support to help identify suitable graduates, supporting the business through the recruitment and induction process. The project also provides support to the graduates ensuring they integrate effectively into the business.
GNP is committed to supporting 25 graduates into employment within SME’s during 2005/06.
